Justin Coleman has stepped up to become Assistant Director of Representative Rugby after four seasons as Head Coach. Other departures announced earlier in the summer include Matt Williams (Team Director), Paul Shanks (Defence Coach), Andrew Morgan (Backs Coach), Aidan Duffy (General Manager) and Ben Moore (Team Manager).
Taking over as Head Coach is Tom Gardner, a former RAFRU Men’s Player and winner of the 2015 Inter Services. He was Defence and Attack Coach of the 2018 Inter Services Championship winning team.
Incoming as Defence Coach is Matt Tibbatts, a former RAF and UKAF player who also experienced multiple years in the National Leagues.
Dave Manning remains as Forwards Coach, and he will be assisted by Matt Brougham. Last playing in the successful 2018 Inter-Service Championship, Brougham has since embarked on an extensive coaching journey across multiple squads including RAF Scotland & NI, Lossiemouth Owls and most recently Moray RFC.
